Suggested Usage:
- Apply gently to the face neck and eye area with a cotton pad or the fingers.
- Gently massage skin in circular motions to remove makeup pollution particles and impurities.
- Continue on to the lashes and then the lips for a complete purifying and soothing makeup removal.
- Remove the excess with a cotton pad.
